Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) aims to preserve capital and a stable value whilst maintaining high liquidity and achieving returns within individual sub-funds.

Before you Invest

Before you invest it is important that you read the Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) prospectus and application form, which give more details on the fund and includes our terms and conditions.

There are four sub-funds to choose from:

• Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) Euro Fund
• Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) Sterling Fund
• Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) Canadian Dollar Fund
• Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) US Dollar Fund

Please be advised that Aberdeen must have received complete and compliant Client Due Diligence documentation before any investment may be accepted.

Key Steps to invest

• Decide how much money you wish to invest
• Choose the sub-fund(s) that meet your objectives
• Download or request the prospectus and application form and then complete the relevant application form and return it to us

Cut-off times

Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) Euro Fund and Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) Sterling Fund:
Any subscription, redemption or switching request must be received by the Transfer Agent before 14:00 hours Luxembourg time on a Dealing Day, in order to be treated as having been received on that Dealing Day.

Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) Canadian Dollar Fund:
Any subscription, redemption or switching request must be received by the Transfer Agent (or Sub-Transfer Agent after close of business Luxembourg time) before 15:00 hours New York time on a Dealing Day, in order to be treated as having been received on that Dealing Day.

Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) US Dollar Fund:
Any subscription, redemption or switching request must be received by the Transfer Agent (or Sub-Transfer Agent after close of business Luxembourg time) up to 16:00 hours New York time on a Dealing Day, in order to be treated as having been received on that Dealing Day.
